Welcome to Vivant Living Studios. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking a consultation or engaging with any content.

1. Services Offered

Vivant Living Studios offers psychology-informed interior design consultations, including virtual and in-person sessions. These consultations are intended to support well-being, personal goals and identity expression through the home environment.

Clients receive a custom Design Blueprint, a conceptual summary of suggestions and strategies tailored to their space. This document is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly shared without written permission.

2. Consultations & Scheduling

You may book a consultation via our website using Squarespace Scheduler. When you schedule, you agree to the following terms:

  • Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. No fees are charged for cancellations.

  • Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may need to be rebooked at a later time, subject to availability.

3. Payment

All consultations are paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. This allows us to reserve time for your session and prepare accordingly.

  • No refunds are offered for completed services.

  • If you need to reschedule with proper notice, your payment will be applied to the new session.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Vivant Living Studios—including but not limited to written materials, visual designs, frameworks, and the Design Blueprint—is the intellectual property of Vivant Living Studios.

Clients receive personal usage rights to their individual Design Blueprint. This means you may use the content in your own home, for your own purposes, but you may not:

  • Share the work publicly (online, in print, or otherwise)

  • Reproduce or adapt the content for commercial use

  • Claim authorship of any part of the work

If you’re interested in showcasing the design publicly (e.g., in media or online portfolios), please contact us for permission.

5. Use of This Website

You agree not to misuse or reproduce any part of this website’s content, branding, or visual assets without permission. Vivant Living Studios reserves the right to update content, services, or terms at any time.

6. Disclaimer

Vivant Living Studios provides design consultations that draw from psychological research and evidence-based principles. However, our services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, architectural, or therapeutic advice.

You are responsible for using your own judgment, and for consulting the appropriate professionals (such as a licensed therapist, architect, or contractor) when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vivant Living Studios is not liable for any outcomes or consequences that may result from implementing design suggestions. All services are offered as guidance and inspiration. We do our best to offer thoughtful, personalized support, but results may vary.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email if you’ve subscribed to updates. Your continued use of the website and services after changes are made signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
